One of the defining milestones in my journey was the founding of my tech startup. It began humbly in my own garage. Here, I honed my expertise in startup strategy, resource management, and innovation. With unwavering dedication, I transformed my startup from a one-person operation into a thriving company with over a hundred employees. Along the way, I secured valuable partnerships with industry giants and earned prestigious awards that served as a testament to the value of our innovative solutions.

However, despite these achievements, I found myself burnt out, overwhelmed, and working excessively long hours. I realized that I was missing out on the key moments in life and precious time with my family. But I wasn't the only one facing these challenges. All of my colleagues and peers in the entrepreneurial world felt the same. It seemed like an accepted part of the journey. That's when I knew it was time for a change.

 

The Freedom Framework:
Determined to help others overcome these challenges, I immersed myself in studying various methodologies, tools, and approaches. This journey culminated in the creation of the Freedom Framework—a solution designed to help small business owners find the freedom they had envisioned when they first started their businesses.
